I noticed a screw in my tire while at the car wash. I pulled out and drove to a nearby chain tire store. When I got out the screw had come out and it was leaking fast. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or not but the reception was very cold to the point of being uncomfortable. Who knows, maybe I was overly sensitive, but I put my spare on in their parking lot and left. I myself am in sales/service and first impressions are important. I got home, did a search and called Safety Tire. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and I then took my car in. From the moment I arrived, they were extremely courteous from the gentleman who greeted me to the tech. It was a repair that was less than twenty dollars but that had no effect on my treatment and level of service. On top of that I was there shortly before they closed and there was no aggravation shown on their end whatsoever. This is a big deal and although it was a minor repair, I would not hesitate to bring my car back. Not sure if it is family run, but it had a nice “family” vibe. Professional, honest and NICE. I needed the nice so thank you Safety Tire!!!! I would not usually go out of my way to write a small novel about a small tire repair, but it really is about more than just a tire repair.
